Postdoctoral Fellow – Sex Trafficking

Position Overview:

This position at Women’s College Research Institute, Women’s College Hospital, will provide a post-doctoral fellow with the opportunity to contribute to the under-researched, under-reported and frequently misunderstood issue that is sex trafficking. The position will be supervised by Drs. Janice Du Mont and Robin Mason, co-founders and current directors of the novel program of research, Addressing Sex Trafficking through Education and Research (ASTER). Sex trafficking is a growing concern in Canada–a billion-dollar industry that involves recruiting, harbouring, holding or transporting victims, usually girls or women, to exploit them for sexual purposes.
